Fully aware of how critical timing is in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, I am committed to delivering my services within the agreed deadlines, and responding promptly to all inquiries and requests.
That said, delivery deadlines are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the project's volume and my professional commitments. Extremely tight or unrealistic deadlines that could compromise quality are not compatible with the premium service standards.

As a pharmacist and linguist, I am bound by professional confidentiality. I am committed to safeguarding all information entrusted to me and will never disclose any content to third parties without prior consent.
As outlined in my General Terms and Conditions of Service (GTCS), I have implemented several measures to strengthen data protection, including:

•    Automatic deletion of project files from my workstation within the month following the final delivery.
•    Delivery of files in encrypted, password-protected archives (7-ZIP), where applicable.
•    Encrypted email exchanges upon client request.
